Jinsheng Bimetallic Plastic Machnery Factory which s one of biggest factories to manufacture the Screws and Barrels in Zhoushan.our main products is bimetallic barrel and screw ,conical twin screw and barrel ,parallel twin screw and barrel,single screw and barrel apply for injection molding machine, and extrusion machine and components.
For the material we used :38CRMOALA,#45 steel,40Cr, high temperture ALLOY ,SKD61,SKD11 etc, also for heat treatment : Bimetallic alloy treatment, Nitriding treatment, electroplated hard-chrome ,high-frequency quenching, vaccum quenching etc.
Now we export to South-east Asia, Europe, America, Middle east countries etc. At the same time, we provide the OE services for hundreds of customer for domestic market.
